OUR STORY
Sarah started in the real estate business from an early age, first working as an assistant, then earning her license in 2011. Sarah spent years grinding through rentals, showings, and open houses while waiting tables at night. It wasn’t glamorous, but it taught her what matters most: hard work, follow-through, and treating every client like a person, not a transaction.
After establishing herself in real estate, Sarah and her husband decided to launch a real estate media company eight years ago. Stepping behind the lens, Sarah helped agents and homeowners present their properties at their very best. That chapter gave her a new perspective and better understanding of what drives success in real estate. The mix of marketing, storytelling, genuine human connection.
Now, after years of helping others elevate their listings, Sarah decided to return to doing what she loves most, guiding clients and creating a team that reflects her values and approach to real estate.
The Connect Group was created to bring collaboration and integrity back to the forefront of the business. For Sarah, connection is more than a concept. It is the foundation of every relationship, every deal, and every client experience. With over a decade of experience in real estate and real estate media, Sarah Thomson is the founder and team leader of The Connect Group, a Jupiter-based real estate team focused on connection, trust, and professionalism.
Sarah’s journey in real estate began in 2011, where she worked her way up from assistant to full-time agent. After several years in sales, she launched a real estate media company that continues to serve hundreds of agents across Palm Beach County. That experience gave her an inside look at what works (and what doesn’t) in today’s real estate market.
Now, she’s bringing that experience full circle by building a team that focuses on local expertise mixed with honesty, collaboration, and care. Known for her straight-talk approach and high standards, Sarah has earned a reputation for being the person who does what she says she will.
Her clients appreciate her professionalism and her willingness to tell the truth, even when it’s not the easy answer. Her team members trust her because she leads with the same integrity she expects from them.
When she’s not working with clients or her team, you’ll find Sarah spending time with her husband Carlos and their two boys, hitting early-morning workouts, or catching a quiet moment of Florida sunshine with coffee in hand.
